Beloved brothers and sisters in Islam there come another week of our lecture with the topic ;below
* Sleeping with a menstruating wive
*ANAL SEXUAL INTERCOURSE
Sleeping with a mensuration wive ;
Allah says ;
Quran. –al-baqara 222
وَيَسْأَلُونَكَ عَنِ الْمَحِيضِ قُلْ هُوَ أَذًى فَاعْتَزِلُواْ النِّسَاء فِي الْمَحِيضِ وَلاَ تَقْرَبُوهُنَّ حَتَّىَ يَطْهُرْنَ فَإِذَا تَطَهَّرْنَ فَأْتُوهُنَّ مِنْ حَيْثُ أَمَرَكُمُ اللّهُ إِنَّ اللّهَ يُحِبُّ التَّوَّابِينَ وَيُحِبُّ الْمُتَطَهِّرِينَ
Sex During Menstruation
The Quran Has emphatically prohibited sexual intercourse during menstruation,
“Abstain (sexually ) from women during menstruation” (Q: 2 v:222)
Allah Rabbul –Izzat), the creator of man , knows best what is beneficial and what is harmful to man. All objects of harm have been forbidden for man because they will cause difficult and hardship , sexual intercourse during menstruation falls into this category.
Today , many centuries later, medical science has discovered that the flow of menstruation contains certain toxic matters that could be detrimental if they join entry into the body of male or is prevented a clear passage of flow from the body of the female – both of which could easily occur if sexual intercourse takes place during menstruation, it would thus pose a potential threat to both husband and wife, this very act is a major contribution factor towards very painful and often fatal venereal disease. In fact, its effect is passed on even to the foetus (subhanalah!)
Sleeping with a mensuration wive
Quran. –alabaqara 222
وَيَسْأَلُونَكَ عَنِ الْمَحِيضِ قُلْ هُوَ أَذًى فَاعْتَزِلُواْ النِّسَاء فِي الْمَحِيضِ وَلاَ تَقْرَبُوهُنَّ حَتَّىَ يَطْهُرْنَ فَإِذَا تَطَهَّرْنَ فَأْتُوهُنَّ مِنْ حَيْثُ أَمَرَكُمُ اللّهُ إِنَّ اللّهَ يُحِبُّ التَّوَّابِينَ وَيُحِبُّ الْمُتَطَهِّرِينَ
They question thee (O Muhammad) concerning menstruation. Say: It is an illness, so let women alone at such time and go not in unto them till they are cleansed. And when they have purified themselves, then go in unto them as Allah hath enjoined upon you. Truly Allah loveth those who turn unto Him, and loveth those who have a care for cleanness.
It is not lawful for a man to approach his wife until she has had her bath after purity for the saying of Alah:
But when they have purify themselves , you approach them’’ (al-bqara 222)
A prof of repuntancy of such act is the prophet saying (at –tirmidhee by abu hurairat/1/2343,saheeh al-jamil 5918
‘’ whoever meets a menstruating woman (sexually) or a woman through her anus or goes to a soothsayer, has disbelieved in that which was revealed to Muhammad (50)’’the tradition on expiation,
If it is done unintentionally and unkwonnly nothing would be bindng on him but if its done deliberately and knowingly, he is bound to expiate for it. According to some scholars who authenticated the tradition on expiation, there is a fine of ‘a deenar’ or half a deenaar’. Some scholars have it that he has a choice between the two, while others say that if it happened at the beginning of the mensuration when the flow of the blood was much he should pay a ‘ deenar’, if it is at the time when the blood had decreased or towards the end of the mensuration or before her bath from mensuration then, ‘half a deenar is in it the fine. The correct equivalence of a deenar ‘4 / ¼’ gram of gold. He should make a sadaqah with it or the equivalent in currency notes (51) ( thae fact is that he has choice between a deenAar or half deenaar
Either at the beginning of the menstruation or at the end of it . Deenaar is 4/7th of Saudi riyals . The half is 2/7 since Saudi riyals is 13/4 deenaar
ANAL SEXUAL INTERCOURSE
Some eccentrics (people of weak faith) have intercourse with their wives anally. This is a great sin and the Prophet cursed anybody who does this.
Abu hurairah reported the prophet saying;
"He is cursed ; he that approaches a woman anally.(52)
Even the prophet said:
"whoever approaches a menstruating woman (sexually) or a woman anally or a soothsayer has verily disbelieved in that revealed to Muhammad (may the peace and Benedition of Allaah be on him ) *Amen*(53)"
Although a large number of wives with pure dispositions refuses such acts some husbands do threatens them with divorce if they Do not submit to their desires. Some may even decieve their wives
Who may be shy to ask the scholars; telling them that such act is lawful . He may even take Allah's evidence saying
نِسَآؤُكُمْ حَرْثٌ لَّكُمْ فَأْتُواْ حَرْثَكُمْ أَنَّى شِئْتُمْ وَقَدِّمُواْ لأَنفُسِكُمْ وَاتَّقُواْ اللّهَ وَاعْلَمُواْ أَنَّكُم مُّلاَقُوهُ وَبَشِّرِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ
Your women are a tilth for you (to cultivate) go to your tilth as ye will, and send (good deeds) before you for your souls, and fear Allah, and know that ye will (one day) meet Him. Give glad tidings to believers, (O Muhammad).
2:223
the prophetic. Tradition explains the Quran . The sunnah says that a man can approaches his wife in any manner he wants either from the front or the at the Bach as long as it goes through the vaginal track. It is clear and well acknowledged that the anus is not the vaginal track . This crime destroys a clean married life through dirty And un -Islaamicaly inherited immortalities. Such is a perverted and unlawful practice or a memory filled up with shows of indecent films withough repetance to Allah.
We ask Allah to grant us the best understanding of his Deen-Ameen
