🚨 Is anything going to Happen On 15th Ramadan 🚨
💥 FEAR !!! Or IGNORE !!!
🚨 What is all this FEAR about the 15th Ramadan followed by a Friday etc and if you hear a sound just make supplications and fall in Sujood etc.?
Apparently Urdu newspapers and Whatsapp message is full of these warnings to Muslims.
👉 The closest I came across to the same is the following Hadeeth:
“In Ramadan there will be a sound.” They said: At the beginning of it or in the middle of it or at the end of it? He said: “No; rather it will be in the middle of Ramadan, if the night of the (fifteenth) is the night before Friday. There will be a sound from heaven because of which seventy thousand will swoon, seventy thousand will be struck dumb, seventy thousand will become blind, and seventy thousand will become deaf.” They said: Who among your ummah will be safe? He said: “Those who stay in their houses, seek refuge with Allah by prostrating, and say takbeer magnifying Allah out loud. Then it will be followed by another sound. The first sound will be the voice of Jibreel and the second sound will be the voice of the Shaytaan. The sound in Ramadan, the turmoil in Shawaal, the distinguishing of the tribes in Dhu al-Qa‘dah, raids on the pilgrims in Dhu al-Hijjah. And in Muharram: what is Muharram? The beginning of it is a calamity for my ummah and the end of it is joy for my ummah. A riding camel that a believer could use to escape turmoil will be better for him than fertile land and houses on that land that could yield one hundred thousand.”
👉 A similar hadeeth with different wordings have been recorded by other hadeeth scholars but here are the views of the scholars of the hadeeth regarding its authenticity.
✨Al-‘Aqeeli found no basis for this hadeeth.
✨Ibn Al Jawzi said it is fabricated.
✨Shaykh Al Albani said it is fabricated.
✨Al-Haakim said the hadeeth is strange.
✨Adh-Dahabi said it is fabricated.
✨Ad-Daaraqutni said the hadeeth is odd.
✨Shaykh Bin Baaz said the hadeeth is false and fabricated.
There is no need for one to panic and in 1400 years several 15th Ramadan and Fridays have coincided and nothing to this effect ever recorded. Just another day in Ramadan. Let us return to ibādah or worship of Allaah, The Most High.
